Residency Program
A Plum Creek Residency is for emerging leaders interested in pursuing vocational ministry. We focus on direct ministry experience, intentional leadership development, and a personal development plan tailored to you as an
individual.
We also focus on spiritual formation and soul care, believing all that we do flows out of our relationship with Jesus Christ. The experience is grounded in a great community with other residents, our staff, and through participating in our thriving 20s and 30s ministry.
Some program highlights include:
25 to 39 hours a week (hours are flexible if you are taking classes)
Residency is paid, and housing is provided
One to two-year residency options
Seasonal intern opportunities (typically 2 to 3 months)
Located in Castle Rock, Colorado, with easy access to the city of Denver and to the mountains
An experience of excellence and significant personal investment; leadership development, ministry experience, and spiritual formation

Internship Program
Our Internship Program exists to train and develop leaders who believe they may be called to full-time vocational ministry, as well as those who are looking for what career God may have planned for their life. By working closely with the Plum Creek staff, participants in the Intern program will gain valuable experience through hands-on, interactive ministry.
At Plum Creek, we believe one of the best ways to find out if you are gifted for full-time ministry is to be “in the trenches” of the local church. We want to provide opportunities for participants to develop their gifts and talents and help them find their specific fit in ministry.
3 Month Commitments
Spring (January Start) – Deadline to apply is Nov 15
Summer (May Start) - Deadline to apply is Mar 15
Fall (September Start) – Deadline to apply is July 15
